We FULLY SUPPORT diversity, equity and inclusion OVER uniformity, inequity and exclusion in hiring,

college admissions,

and in life.

 There never was a DEI program ANYWHERE that required an employer to hire an unqualified individual. The inference that this is what actually happened is poisonous, openly racist and misogynistic. 

Also, NO learning institution ANYWHERE was EVER forced by DEI policies to accept a student who was not qualified to be admitted.

That said, Harvard accepts UNQUALIFIED (primarily white) legacy admissions all of the time. An actual DEI candidate would AT LEAST be qualified to be admitted.
